It was a bucket onfire..which was removed. Where was the fire 'working' its way to?

They had fire in the wood stove with minimal extension to the first floor around the stove... I wouldn't call this a major job... But I took pictures and thought Id share them. The salvage bucket shown smoking was from the material burning inside the house removed by the Engine crew.

Great Pictures pump thanks for letting no on entering the pictures. The Incident picture section along with tailboard talk is a MEMBERS ONLY area, due to some of the incidents covered, ANYONE can view them, you just need to become a member. Thanks for the comment!

I didn't know that was salvage bucket, thought it was actual contents of the house.

Just curious, I realize that this is Pumps home department here, but don't you think 2 engine companies is a little slim for a first alarm house fire assignment especially seeing as one of the 2 failed??

Company 12 hasn't been my Hometown Department since I was 19... But, Akron always ran their first alarm assignment for a house fire as 2 Engines, 1 Squad and a BLS Ambulance. (EX: E12-1, 12-2 S12 & A112-1)
