CITY OF CHESTER, PA -- At 15:20 hrs the companies were dispatched to 328 Rose Street for a building fire with entrapment. Chester-11 arrived on location to find a three story twin with fire showing 2nd floor side 2, negative entrapment. 82-1 dropped a 5" supply line and lead off with an 13/4 hand-line. The fire was placed under control by the first twenty minute mark and crews remained on location for approximately an hour and a half for extensive overhaul.
