Yes, They were taking the Truck through the parade side ways... pretty cool.

When I was in Fort Lauderdale a few years ago, I saw one of there ladder trucks (similar to the one above) turn a corner. It had that all-steer on it and I have to say, It turned that corner like it was nothing. It was amazing to see in person. Thats a great feature.
