Both Engine 67-1 & 67-2 have hard sleeves above the Ladders on the Officers side... Both E 1 & 2 are twin 1995 E-one Pumpers. Sorry pump my mind was on south side talk ;D i ment to say SOFT sleeve it's not "hard sleeve"... it's called "HARD SUCTION HOSE" Here's some trivia for ya T... Q: What is the main purpose of bumper mounted short sections of soft sleeve LDH? Also... what LAY is this generally used for? Q: What's primer motor and how do you know by sound that you have a prime? Also... what do you look for in the CLEAR HARD SUCTION HOSE to know that you have the draft?

Im impressed everytime I go to Lanco it seems all the departments take great pride in their apparatus. I wish our guys here could take 1/4 of the pride in our trucks. As for 6-7 one of the best firehouse's I have been to great guys!!!!!!!

Ya it would be nice if all the departments around here would keep up with the little stuff ilke, washing the trucks when you get back from a run, or making sure that everything is gased up, or the tools are clean........It all adds up. some ppl just arent meant to be fireman, just because you have a set of turnout gear doesnt make you a firefighter.
