PROVIDENCE TOWNSHIP, PA -- At 1100 hrs the units from 512 were dispatched along with Rescue 5-7 (Quarryville) , Tanker 5-8 (Rawlinsville) and Tanker 5-9 (Refton) for a mobile home on fire in the 100 blk Locust Ln Providence Twp. Duty Officer (Chf Reese) arrived with a working fire. Engine 5-12-1, 5-12-2, Rescue 5-12 and Tanker 5-8 all arrived at the same time to find smoke showing. Crews from Engine 5-12-1 ran a line to the mobile home while Tanker 5-8 prepared to supply the engine. Crews found a outside fire with some extension into the trailer. Rescue 5-7 arrived and established RIT on side alpha. As other units arrived they were put in staging on the street. Fire was marked under control at 1129 hrs and command held the assignment to Company 512 and 57. Crews remained on scene for another hour mopping up.
