Just my opinion...
Vent your windows properly. Meaning, clear the remaining glass, window pane, curtains, blinds, and any other objects out. Your interior crew will not be happy at all if they use that window as a means of egress.
LADDER ALL WINDOWS! There is no one operating on the roof, so don't ladder the roof!
Mr. Vent Man, PPE exists for our safety. Wear your nomex, even if you are still outside. If you have SCBA on, take 5 more seconds and pull your da :-Xn hood up!
