I didn't get the run down, and only briefly heard the initial response. Apparently there were at least two water rescue's in Upper Marlboro today, one a Molly Berry Road and the other at Croom Road. Not sure of all the details but if anybody has information please post it.
With all the rain we've had in the area, I'm suprised there were not more rescues such as this.
Now where's the "B" button so I can turn my Prius into a boat.

Units are on location and responding to Molly Berry Road/Van Brady Road, in PG County (Brandywine Area) for a person trapped on the roof of his car, water to his headlights at the bridge at the intersection. Units on scene and still responding include Marlboro Engine 845 and Ambulance 845, Brandywine Rescue Squad 840, Ambulance 840, Medic 840, Baden Engine 836, Ambulance 836, Water Rescue 856 (Dive Team), Allentown Road Water Rescue 847, Tuxedo Cheverly Technical Rescue 822 and Water Rescue 822, EMS 814, Battalion Chief 807. They are now trying to get to the victim with a PFD and hoseline. Requesting all water rescue units to respond in.
victim from Molly Berry and Van Brady out with Medic Unit, now 2 cars in water Croom Road at Croom Station Road near the railroad tracks, one victim trapped in the car, car is sinking, and refusing to get out. Units being alerted include all units from Molly Berry and Van Brady, with the addition to Marlboro Engine 820. Now reporting that one victim in one of the cars is having an asthma attack.

Now if your car is sinking in high water why would'nt you want to bail out??? Sometimes people really amaze me.
