Most stations that have career staffing 24/7 have three fire fighters and an officer. If the . I'm not trying to sound like a dick, but why is it like that? I love the vol. aspect, but maybe it's time for change in that county. IDK... I know if I lived there and an engine showed up with 2 people, I'd have someones head in a chopping block!!! That's the way the chief of PGFD want it. He doesn't care about his care folks much less the volunteers.
