Yea, I don't know what goes through some of these peoples minds sometimes. Both of those videos were pretty shocking when I first seen them. I guess no common sense!

Gotta agree with Eagle Eye. First one, wow......guess you could not smell the accelerants coming out of the house. Second one, the chief of that department needs to be donkey punched a few times.
