Did I hear two emergency out and off announcements? On the second emergency call out is when they sounded the air horn? Why was it not sounded at the first emergency call out? It turned out all good in the end but, was the firefighters partner delayed in getting out for not knowing of out and off call. It seemed he got out quickly after the air horn blasts?
