At around 8:20pm on 04-09-07, Units from Brandywine Station 40 were alerted to the area of Crain Highway (Route 301), and Cheltenham Drive, in 40's area, Engine 402 with 4 volunteers, Rescue Squad 40 with 2 Career and 1 Volunteer, Ambulance 409 with 2 Career, and Chief 40 as Battalion Chief 7 with 2 Volunteers arrived on location at the corrected address of NB Crain Highway at Old Indian Head Road in Company 45's area, units arrived to find, a late model Ford Crown Victoria overturned and laying on the roof on a ravine of rocks, with numerous county police officers standing around the vehicle, first arriving, Battalion Chief 7 assumed Command and requested Med-Evac for the person trapped, Engine 402 arrived next, followed by Rescue Squad 40 and Ambulance 409, Medic 20 was alerted to the call, due to no response from Medic 40, the Engine crew pulled the trash line for coverage while the Squad and Engine crew started extrication, extrication lasted for about 10min, while the Trooper was in the air, Command cancelled them due to the injuries were not life threatening. Ambulance 409 transported a Priority 2 Trauma to PG Shock Trauma, in Bladensburg, all units from Company 40 and Medic 20 were placed in-service within 30min...
