WEST EARL TOWNSHIP LANCASTER COUNTY, PA BOX AREA 313 PIC w/ENTRAPMENT ROUTE 222 NORTH C/S CHURCH STREET Reported crash involving fire and Entrapment. Passerbys trying to put out the fire.
BOX ASSIGNMENT AMBULANCE 38-1, 38-2 MEDIC 4 ENGINE 313-1 TANKER 313 RESCUE SQUAD 115
PD reporting 1 trapped, 1 ejected... fire is out.
ADD AMBULANCE 112-1, 112-2 MEDIC 213-1, 3 SQUAD 112 PENNSTAR-4
Command request Aero-Medical fly direct and land on Rt.222
ADD ENGINE 210-1 for the L/Z on Rt. 222 North.
Command requesting a second Aero-medical unit, L/Z will be north of the scene.
RS 115 going to work on arrival
Pennstar 4 with a 12 min ETA

Crews working on patients, E210-1 has the L/Z on the Highway.

SKYCARE w/10 Min ETA
Pennstar 4 O/S and landed. Skycare will be landing behind Pennstar 4.
Pennstar 4 can only transport one patient.

Command requesting a Medic Units meet A38-2 in bound to LGH.
Skycare O/S and landed.
Crews from Skycare to stand by til Pennstar 4 lifts off and then they can access their patient.
ADD MEDIC 612-1, 100
A38-2 reporting their patient is a 21 Y/O Male, serious head injuries and breathing problems. Medic on board starting to use a BVM and reporting multiple fractures.
A38-2 w/M612-1 & 100 at meeting point on RT 222.
A112-1 transported one to LGH

Command reporting Both Aero-medical units have transported...
Rt.222 North will be closed for an extended period of time.

A112-1 transported one to LGH 1-12-1 never transported pt, there pt was flown fyi

I think he meant 1-12-2 transported to LGH. The roadway is still closed at this time, traffic is a nightmare.

I THOUGHT I heard A112-1 but I guess I was wrong... thanks for the info...
Rt. 222 is now open... It appears the car crossed over and hit a lumber truck.
