Looked to be a 2 Car Crash. 1 Veh. on it's Side.
Crash was at the bottom of the on Ramp to 30 West from New Holland Ave.
Heard command 24 say that the road will be shut down for some time.
Possibly 1 Class 4 Patient and reconstruction of Scene??
