EAST DONEGAL TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- Crews were on the scene of a fatal accident for several hours Saturday morning in Lancaster County.

It happened around 6:30 a.m. along the 1500 block of River Road in East Donegal Township.

Police said passenger Mary Ann Geesy of Marietta was killed in the crash. The driver and another passenger were transported to hospitals with injuries.

The vehicle traveled off the road, down an embankment and into a creek. Police also said the road was icy at the time of the accident.

Police are still investigating.
