Old Saybrook Dept 3 was dispatched to a report of an unconscious/unresponsive person on a vessel off of Hull Harbor in the Saybrook Point district in the Connecticut River the call came from a passing ferry captain. Upon arrival it was determined that the Vic was Doa and nothing could be done noone else was onboard. boat towed to shore and the scene wa turned over to the Old Saybrook police along with the Ct DEP who handles law enforcement investigations on the river.
