FLEUR DE LAY: Reported large ammonia leak, cloud outside the building.

HAZMAT 29-1
D/C 39 in the area with a large cloud and strong odor.

Chief 29 requesting Lancaster City for Hazmat Techs.
COVER ASSIGNMENT
ENGINE 32-2 OR ENGINE 39-2
LC advising they only have two techs working right now, paging more at this time.

Command post will be at West Fulton Street @ South Custer Avenue.
Command reporting the leak to be coming from a 2000 pound tank, Leak is about 30 Feet in the air. Command also reporting the cloud as dispersed.
EMA to be notified.
