Reported second floor kitchen fire, elderly couple trapped.

Chief 23 O/S with a 2 1/2 story M/O/D with nothing showing at this time.
Command reporting this to be across from the mill at the white house.
Command 23 reporting a possible burn victim.
Command with a priority message, one patient with second degree burns.
Command holding assignment to Company 23, Engine 26-2 & EMS.
