Patrol car 75-6 O/S reporting the fire out, FD under caution.
Chief 16 O/S reporting an outside fire, fire is out.
Command recalling EMS, fire is contained.
E16-1 to pull a large extinguisher.
TNK 14 & 21 to Level 2 Stage at the entrance.
All units not on the scene to proceed non emergency.
Command marking FUC @ 2135Hrs, Holding assignment to E16-1/S16-1 rest can go ready.
