station 15-1 was dispatched for a dwelling on cuthbert bvld and Addison avenue around 1030 pmish 5/30
corrected address was 2101 west cuthbert bvld i think
police on scene with heavy fire threw the roof
15101 arrived confirming the report heavy fire venting from from the gables and heavy fire venting from the rear went defensive immediately
squirt 15-1 hit a plug just past the fire building
engine 15-12 reverse laid away from the fire up Addison avenue
tower ladder 15-1 went in operation with both master streams off the bucket
i believe rescue 16 had the rit
15101 hit the second bring in squad 1412 engine 1613 engine 18-3 quint 1-1 and ladder 16-1 and engine 211 on the cover at 15-1 station and somebody else went of 16-1 for the cover didn't catch the numbers
ladder 16-1 pulled up behind tower 15-1 and went in service with the master stream into the b side gable
engine 18-3 operated a 2 1/2 into the b side gable also
squad 1412 laid into the job supplied engine 18-3 and ladder 16-1
i think it was engine 16-1 laid into the job from cuthbert ave 3 or 4 blocks short of the fire
40 min mark crews were getting ready to start the primary search due to the bulk of the fire being knocked
fire was placed at 2345 hours
