A man is found dead inside a house that ignited early Tuesday morning in Bowie. Firefighters responded to the house in the 15000 block of Jenkins Ridge Road near Jackson Valley Road at about 5 a.m. Fire officials said that after battling the fire for more than an hour, firefighters discovered a man dead inside the house. The fire started in the garage and spread to the house, officials said. When firefighters arrived, they found heavy fire coming from the roof of the house. The cause of the fire is being investigated.
