HARRISBURG, Pa. - "Fire on the roof of a building at HACC's midtown Harrisburg campus Friday afternoon caused some power outages. A tarp blew off a part of the building under construction, hit power lines and caused a fire on the roof, fire investigators said.
Damage is said to be minor.
A firefighter fell, but was not seriously hurt."
