Waterbury City Fire was dispatched to a reported structure fire at east main and frost rd at the Elderly housing complex. upon arrival found heavy fire on the number four floor. A mass casualty Incident was declared with reports of to 60-70 patients at the scene only about a half dozen were actually transported. The fire was sent to multiple alarms bringing in mutual aid into the city for both station coverage and massive amounts of EMS units.
