At around 0610 hrs. the Kaneville FD and Big Rock Rescue were alerted to a 2 vehicle MVA on Interstate 88 at around MM105. Rescue Engine 1601 went enroute with 3 personnel. While enroute RE 1601 requested a helicopter. UOA of scene they found 2 vehicles... one with heavy damage no passsenger compartment intrusion upright in the roadway and another with extensivly heavy damage and passenger compartment intrusion in the ditch and rolled several times. They found one person trapped and ordered Support/Utility 1606 to stabilize the vehicle and then set up for an LZ. Kaneville Chief 16-11 arrived on scene and had the I-88 command. Big Rock medics 1551 & 1552 both transported and Rescue 1507 assisted in pt. care/vehicle stabilization.
