I wonder who they would try to place the blame on if one of the people who jumped on the Truck got hurt? Since really they were in the wrong for getting on the Truck in the first place.... What would be the best way to handle a mass of people like that if the call was right in that area?

What would be the best way to handle a mass of people like that if the call was right in that area? I would have stopped the tower as soon as one person jumped on it and set the parking brake. As the operator of the vehicle, you must keep control and order of that vehicle at ALL times. If something is unsafe... STOP!!! Cause, If somebody would have gotten injured or killed during that... The City of Philadelphia would have a lawsuit and be made to look like crap. REMEMBER... In the public eye, your ALWAYS at fault no matter what they do. Something to think about.

apprently the back window of the cheifs car got broken out the city went to hell after midnight kinda wish i went over didnt make it to the parade this morning which suckd ass

I dont think I would have even tried to continue the response. I agree Pump whether or not its our fault it is our fault. It was pretty odvious they were going to go nowhere fast there. Mind as well pull over and enjoy the party!!!!!!!!!!
