Route 210/Old Fort Road S

Car 824 on the scene, requesting the assignment with people trapped
Engine 824, Ambulance 824, Rescue Squad 847, Ambulance 847, Medic 847, EMS 801, Battalion Chief 805, Chief 824A (Command), Car 824
Have 2 trapped, extended extrication, 24 working with Squad 47, requesting an additional engine for the LZ at Fort Washington Hospital, Engine 832 next on the run card, check with 42 to get another paramedic, 80 y/o female possible airway blockage and spinal injury, Category A, Priority 1
Both patients have been extricated as of 1426hrs, Paramedic Engine 842 is also responding as the additional paramedic unit, assisting the crew from Ambulance 847, as a second ALS provider. Trooper 2 dispatched also, Medic 847 advising both patients are in need of being flown out. Second Patient is a Category B, pinned in the backseat between the front seat, Priority 1. LZ will now be NB Route 210 just north of E. Swann Creek Road. Trooper 2 can only take one patient, Command requesting second helicopter.
Command wants both NB and SB lanes of Route 210 shutdown, wants PE 42 to come down 210 SB in the NB lane. Destination for both patients will be PG Shock Trauma.
Engine 832 out at Fort Washington at the first LZ, Trooper 2 will be landing on NB 210
Second helicopter will be Eagle 1 with a 7min eta... landing at the Fort if Trooper 2 is still on the ground on 210
Trooper 2's patient: 80 y/o male unknown injuries: Medstar
US Park Eagle 1's patient: 80 y/o POS LOC, altered mental status, no airway obstruction, and possible spinal injury at this time (1440hrs) PG Shock Trauma
