EPHRATA TOWNSHIP LANCASTER COUNTY, PA BOX ALARM 15 HOUSE FIRE 102 MEADOW VALLEY ROAD C/S ROUTE 272 Reported fire coming from the roof of the the house.
FIRST ALARM BOX ASSIGNMENT ENGINE 15-1, 15-2 TOWER 15 AMBULANCE 112-2
Police department on scene with smoke showing from all sides of the roof.
Communications adding company 16 to the assignment
ADD ENGINE 16-1, 16-2
Chief 15 on scene with a working fire, second floor.
Command requesting Engine Company 12 be added to the assignment.
ADD ENGINE 12-1, 12-2
RUNNING EXTRA SQUAD 16-1
COVER ASSIGNMENT ENGINE 16-2 or ENGINE 210-1
Communications advising they are receving calls of people/oxygen that live on both floors of the home.
ADD MEDIC 4

Sounded like a fire on division two... Engine 15-1 was advised to attack from side Alpha on arrival. Sounds like a room and contents fire to me.
Command requesting two add'l Engines
