Reported truck on fire inside the parking garage.

AMBULANCE 112-1
Medic 4 O/S reporting smoke showing from the second floor of the parking garage.
Working truck fire, second floor of the garage.
Staff members reporting the fire is knocked.
Chief 15 requesting E16-1 be added to the assignment.
E15-1 reporting a one person "pack" crew to command.
ADD
ENGINE 16-1
Command ordering E15-1 to deploy their line and pull it up to the second floor via rope.
Fire K/D, smoke being vented.
