It is with very deep sorrow and regret that the Salisbury Township Fire Company #1 of White Horse (Lancaster County Station 4-9) announces the passing of Chief Emeritus L. Ross Parmer.

Ross will always be known as one of Lancaster County's "Super Chiefs", serving our company faithfully since 1944, with 49 of those years being Chief.
