2nd Alarm Working Structure Fire - Possible Entrapment
Lower Windsor Township
1925 Craley Road - Cross of Lewis & Winters Roads
Box 44-03
Fire is in the Bittersville section of Lower Windsor Township. Building: 3 Story - Balloon Frame, possibly converted into apartments. Fire blowing out of just about every window as Chief 41 was assuming the command. Command advising at about 10 minutes in of possible entrapment... Truck 42 set up on side Delta - Master Stream operation, Engine 38 had a good water source with there being a stream to the rear of the incident. Early on there were no exposures - after burning for a bit, seemed that the house accross the road on the Alpha Side was seeing some radiant heat and embers as did the utility pole in the front yard of the exposure was off.
