Bellevue station 108, 250 Engine, 109 RIT were alerted for a working commercial structure fire with multiple entrapment, and people hanging from windows. The second alarm was struck as soon as 108 Engine was on scene. Atleast 20 people were rescue by firefighters either by ladders or searching. 1 tennant was pulled out and wasnt breathing. He was pronounced at the hospital.
