I have received numerous emails about the above subject, below is a combination of those emails.
At approximately 4 AM Monday morning the Buffalo Fire Department was dispatched for a reported structure fire at the Super Speedy Dehi. Initial reports indicated that there was a possible person trapped inside. Lieutenant Charles "Chip" McCarthy and Fire Fighter Jonathan Croom entered the structure to look for the person trapped when the first floor gave way.

My condolances to the families, friends, and the Buffalo Fire Department on the loss of these two brave men.
