MVC with one overturned, with entrapment, ops on Channel 8
Units arrived to find the same, two patients, one had self extricated, the other partially ejected trapped underneath of the vehicle in standing water, Command requesting 2nd Rescue Squad (Squad 715) as well as Squad 814 (3rd Squad) to respond for extended operations. MSP Trooper 2 also alerted
