On Oct 25, 2009 units from the 7th and 3rd Battalion were alerted for a reported apartment fire at 8204 Bellefonte Lane with reported people trapped.
E825, E823, E827, E829, TK32, TK 20, RS 27, Battalion chief 7 were alerted to the call.
E825 arrived on the scene, and advised of a working fire. PG Communications initiated its working fire dispatch bring E845, Ambulance 843, Medic 825, EMS 814, Safety Officer 802, Chief 32A, Chief 27 and Duty Chief 800.
A search and rescue group was assembled, that conducted primary and secondary searches which all proved negative.
E845, and E829 were placed in service, while command held the rest of the assignment for two hours.
