EPHRATA TOWNSHIP, PA -- Tuesday evening around 1830 hours, The rescue local was transmitted to the intersection of Meadow Valley Road at Hammon Avenue for the reported PIC with people trapped. D/C 16 arrived on location reporting a two vehicle crash with one trapped. Rescue Squad 16 along with EMS extricated the patient and treated multiple others involved. The driver of the car trapped was flown to Reading via Pennstar 4 as Engine Company 15 held the LZ at the Ephrata Middle School.
