EAST EARL TOWNSHIP, PA -- Around 11:45 hours on Friday Aug. 10th, BOX Alarm 31 was transmitted to 470 Brendon Drive for the reported mobile home on fire. On the assignment, Engine Companies 31, 39 with Tanker 35 along with EMS from 38 were advised of one call reporting fire through the roof of the home. Chief officers from Bareville Volunteer Fire Company "marked up" with fire radio that they had a working fire in the home with Engine Co. 31 & 39-2 going to work on arrival. Tanker 35 arrived and set-up for a reverse lay if needed from Engine 31-2. Crews had the fire knocked and placed under control in about 15 minutes after dispatch. EMS crews did a patient check-up on the person living in the house. Companies racked up and went ready in about 45 minutes.
