Reported heavy smoke banked down inside the building, crews trying to vent at this time.
Command reporting the fire in knocked in the hopper at this time, releasing some units when ready.

The call was first placed as a fire alarm, as the units from 67 checked up. We were advised from LCWC, they are reporting the alarm to be false. That is was caused by a smoking turn table.
We arrived in the block to find smoke showing and upgraded the incident. Back in November, we had a very similar incident that was more in depth. Shocking part is that it was the same hopper as before.
