Article and Picture from www.wgal.comEarly-Morning Fire Kills 2LEACOCK TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- Two people died in a house fire in Lancaster County Friday morning. The fire started on the first floor of a home on Osceola Mill Road near Intercourse. Firefighters said the victims were found on the second floor. "The fire was wind-whipped. There was no doubt about it. That combined with the fact that it had a very good start before we were ever dispatched, before Intercourse was dispatched, there was heavy fire here. It was a tough fire to fight," said Bird In Hand Fire Department Chief Lonny Kauffman. The names of the victims have not been released. There is no word on what started the fire. The state police fire marshal is now investigating.
