Fatal House fire- Guilford, CT

Guilford (1) was dispathced to a fatal house fire on 40 still meadow rd.

Upon arrival chief 1-0 gave the working fire in a large residential structure. He called In North Madison, Branford, and Madison for RIT and mutual aid duties.

During the attack a victim was found and unable to be resusitated.

Update: The fire took place in a Rehab group (britney wasnt there) there were believed to be 7 occupants at the time of the fire.
The Victim was a 40's female who had a habbit of smoking in bed. The cause of the fire is still under investigation at this time although smoking in bed is most likely the cause. no firefighters were injured at scene.
