16:24 Update - PIO 31 now responding, still no update on what the crews have on scene. HAMER3 now responding to the 7700 block of East Arapahoe Road - near the first address to stage.
16:28 Update - Bureau 42 now responding.
16:39 Update - Some kind of substance along the east side of Quebec Street just south of Arapahoe Road, Haz-Mat Team testing the liquid now. The source may be from a closed restraunt on Arapahoe Road.
