1075 Washington Street, heavy smoke from an occupied multiple dwelling high rise. Several people trapped in apartments, some with trouble breathing.

1550 - Heavy smoke conditions on floor 2, trapped parties on floors 2 & 5
1553 - Ladder Rescue taking place on floor 2, requesting EMS emergent for one patient
1555 - One apartment off on floor 2 - fire knocked, venting and continuing with the primary.
1557 - EMS has a triage and transport location set up at 10th & Washington
1558 - Haz-Mat 1 has another rescue on floor 4
1604 - Smoke conditions improving, still conducting primary on all floors.
1605 - Requesting city buses to help keep the residents warm.
