9100 block of Mountain Ranch Road, fire on 2 floors of an occupied apartment building. Elk Creek on scene in command requesting mutual aid from Evergreen and Inter-Canyon.

After PAR two firefighters are missing, calling for a withdrawl and sounding the horns.
One FF from ECFPD E1 now accounted for with minor burns, still two others missing.
Two FF trapped by heavy fire on floor 2 and trying to find an egress window, Command has activated RIT.
RIT has laddered floor 2 and both firefighters are safely down.
